What you will do

• Manage assigned projects with time-bound deliverables, including current and future product offerings.
• Develop comprehensive internal and client-facing project schedules and work plans.
• Track project performance from initiation through deployment to ensure milestones are met.
• Plan and execute client-facing product transitions, new roll-outs, and product deprecations.
• Design risk mitigation plans and optimize existing processes and overall approaches.
• Coordinate with Data Specialists on large-scale projects regarding data compliance and quality.

Requirements

• Project Management Certification (PMP) is required.
• Proven experience in technical client services or SaaS, preferably within Fire, EMS, or healthcare industries.
• Experience leading technical client implementation projects or similar roles.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and Project tools.
• Must be based in the US (100% virtual) and able to travel up to 10% as needed.
