Product Specialist (SaaS Implementation and Onboarding)

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding journeys, including product setup, integrations, and initial success with AI solutions.
• Conduct customer sessions, product demos, training, and best-practice enablement.
• Build relationships with technical, business, and executive stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Monitor product usage, define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and identify adoption opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve issues and drive account growth.
• Track customer health and engagement metrics and deliver reports and business reviews.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SaaS, preferably in product specialization, solutions architecture, or business consulting.
• Experience with customer onboarding, engagement, adoption frameworks, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on exposure to AI or data-driven products is required.
• Ability to analyze product usage data and present actionable insights, requirements, and solution documentation.
• Strong presentation, training, logical reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and professional services tools; willingness to travel to customer locations on short notice.

• Experience working with remote teams across different time zones.
• Background in a Product Specialist, Solutions Architect, or Business Consultant role.
