Product Manager II (AI)

Location: Hybrid work required three days per week in the Holtsville, New York office; candidates must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $76,640–$114,960 annual base pay, plus a target performance-based annual cash incentive equal to 10% of base pay.

What you will do

• Develop expertise in Zebra products, software applications, customer needs, distribution channels, and competitive markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, develop, and execute device AI strategies.
• Represent the voice of the customer and integrate feedback into product definition and development.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features with senior product managers and stakeholders.
• Translate product strategies into actionable development plans and support product lifecycle activities.
• Act as Product Owner and lead ideation, validation, development, and launch for assigned product lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship is required.
• Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, presentation, business acumen, and customer-orientation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe Frameworks.
