Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based position.

Salary: $115,000–$270,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Modernize and reinvent digital platforms supporting Private Wealth Management clients and advisors.
• Develop product strategy and roadmaps with clients, business stakeholders, and partners.
• Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Program Management, Legal, and Compliance.
• Use analytics, stakeholder input, competitive research, and end-user feedback to guide product decisions.
• Break complex initiatives into manageable components, assess dependencies, and support feasibility and business-case development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in product management and/or financial services, ideally Wealth Management.
• Experience developing or managing digital platforms, particularly in financial services.
• Experience with product management in an agile development environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to take ownership, manage risks, work across functions, and deliver high-quality products under tight deadlines.
