TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Setting the strategic vision and scaling systems for moving money into, out of, and within Robinhood with an accent on payment rails, vendor integrations, and system reliability. Focus on leading zero-to-one product launches, optimizing transaction success rates, and evolving payment infrastructure to ensure speed and security.

Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Salary: $166,000 - $195,000 USD (Base pay for Zone 1)

What you will do

  • Define long-term product strategy and roadmap for core money movement rails and vendor integrations, including data aggregators and payment processors.
  • Lead zero-to-one product initiatives to move assets and money faster and scale payment infrastructure.
  • Drive improvements in system reliability and user experience, specifically scaling transaction success rates.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to transaction failures, latency, and operational overhead.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver robust systems for deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all payment systems meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role building complex financial infrastructure or money movement products.
  • Familiarity with payment systems such as ACH, wires, card networks, and stablecoins.
  • Strong technical empathy and experience partnering with engineering to resolve architectural blockers.
  • Proficiency in using user research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Menlo Park, CA to support the hybrid work model.
