Product Market Research Lead (Fintech)

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 annually plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Build and lead the Product Market Research function within the Product Transformation Discipline.
• Lead Voice of Client research and synthesize client and prospect insights into actionable recommendations.
• Own portfolio-level win/loss analysis and track competitor capabilities and market positioning.
• Monitor fintech, data, and partner ecosystems to identify opportunities for existing and future products.
• Translate strategic planning, client insight, and market intelligence into prioritized product opportunities and investment decisions.
• Partner with product, strategic planning, innovation, product operations, rapid prototyping, and product design teams.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in research, insights, or product strategy.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, Principals, and Partners.
• Proven ability to translate client, competitor, and ecosystem insight into product and prioritization decisions.
• Strong ability to synthesize diverse information into evidence-based recommendations and opportunity assessments.
• Experience with product discovery, opportunity sizing, and influencing outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Asset servicing or asset management experience is strongly preferred.
