Sales Development Representative (English Speaking)

Location: Full-time office role based in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation support is offered.

Salary: €40,600 OTE (€35,000 basic salary plus commission).

What you will do

• Cold call potential independent retailers.
• Explain the benefits of a business partnership and the B2B offer.
• Identify decision-makers and build strong retailer relationships.
• Understand retailer needs and close sales.
• Work toward and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Higher education completed.
• Full business proficiency in English is essential.
• Natural sales ability, charisma, and confidence engaging prospects.
• Resilience when handling rejection and failure.
• Ability to influence prospects and build relationships quickly.
• Availability to work full-time from the Barcelona office.
