What you will do
- Identify and approach new business opportunities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Build and manage an outbound pipeline via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Develop long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Present products and solutions to prospects and analyze their business needs.
- Manage incoming leads and customer requests to ensure high service quality.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progression, and market insights using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles.
- Native or fluent German and high level of English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in or able to work in Barcelona (Hybrid).
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, textile, or fashion industries.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
