International distributor of omnichannel brands specializing in blank and customized apparel for B2B and B2C.

What you will do

  • Identify and approach new business opportunities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Build and manage an outbound pipeline via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Present products and solutions to prospects and analyze their business needs.
  • Manage incoming leads and customer requests to ensure high service quality.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progression, and market insights using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles.
  • Native or fluent German and high level of English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in or able to work in Barcelona (Hybrid).
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, textile, or fashion industries.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
