Learning & Development Specialist (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $140,000–$170,000, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate learning programs across professional effectiveness, written communication, manager development, onboarding, mentoring, and financial and technical skills.
• Track developments in artificial intelligence and apply generative AI to learning design, content development, delivery, learner experience, and business impact.
• Partner with internal and external subject-matter experts to create customized workshops, tutorials, AI-enabled simulations, coaching, and written guides.
• Facilitate learning sessions in areas of expertise.
• Manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept through delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of professional experience, including experience in learning and development or a related field.
• Experience designing or delivering learning and development programs in one or more relevant areas.
• Demonstrated interest in and practical experience with generative AI in learning and development.
• Ability to research and synthesize information, communicate clearly, and quickly learn new content areas.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, multiple workstreams, cross-functional dependencies, and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, or a related discipline.
