Talent Acceleration Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City or San Francisco; employees work in the office at least 2 days a week, with more frequent attendance common.

Base salary starts at $180K+ annually; actual compensation varies based on professional background, experience, and location. Total compensation also includes benefits and equity.

What you will do

• Own and expand onboarding programs to help new hires reach meaningful impact faster.
• Diagnose skill gaps for individuals and teams and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Design, run, and continuously improve the employee development and learning experience.
• Build AI into learning and development by personalizing learning and automating program operations.
• Develop deep fluency in hirify.global’s products, people, and systems so learning solutions reflect the business.

Requirements

• 8+ years owning outcomes for other people’s performance, including experience as a business partner, head of people at a small company, chief of staff, enablement lead, management consultant, founder, or through a long-term career in L&D.
• Ability to distinguish between workshops that participants enjoyed and programs that changed how they work.
• Commercial mindset and ability to work backwards from the business problem rather than simply accepting requests.
• Experience making a strong performer dramatically better, with a specific example.
• Experience independently learning something difficult, shipping it with AI, and doing so without being asked.
• Strong opinions about em dashes.
