Talent Acceleration Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City or San Francisco, with at least 2 days per week in the office

Salary: Base salary starting at $160K+ annually, plus benefits and equity.

What you will do

• Own and expand onboarding programs to help new hires reach meaningful impact faster.
• Diagnose individual and team skill gaps and coordinate targeted development solutions.
• Design, run, and continuously improve learning and development programs end to end.
• Build AI into talent development by personalizing learning and automating program operations.
• Develop deep knowledge of hirify.global products, people, and systems to ground learning solutions in business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years owning outcomes related to other people's performance through business partnering, people leadership, enablement, consulting, founding, or learning and development.
• Ability to distinguish enjoyable workshops from development that changes how people work.
• Commercial mindset focused on solving business problems rather than simply responding to requests.
• Demonstrated experience making a strong performer substantially better.
• Ability to independently learn difficult subjects and ship solutions with AI.
• Strong attention to written communication and punctuation.
