What you will do

• Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Assist in updating the career page and creating internal communications to boost employer branding.
• Perform HR administrative tasks, including contract preparation and employee data management.
• Act as the first point of contact for basic HR inquiries from employees and managers.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Available full-time from September until February/March.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in English.
