HR/Recruitment Intern

Location: On-site in Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands

Internship allowance: €500 per month

What you will do

• Support interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Help update the career page and create internal employer branding updates.
• Assist with contracts, employee data updates, and HR reports.
• Provide basic HR support to employees and managers.
• Work with the Recruitment and HR Operations teams in an international environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related program.
• Available full-time from around September through February or March.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, friendly, and confident communicating with others.
• Confident English communication skills are required.
