Account Manager (Sales): Own revenue responsibility for a set of accounts and grow business across the Lincolnshire territory for the Bauer portfolio with an accent on new client acquisition, KPI-driven performance, and managing advertising inventory and pricing. Focus on building key internal/external customer relationships and executing Bauer’s commercial strategy to achieve personal and team revenue targets.
Location: Lincoln, UK (hybrid — work from home, local office, and travel across the Lincolnshire territory)

What you will do
- Develop new business proactively by calling leads and winning new advertising clients.
- Grow group revenues across Lincolnshire and the wider Bauer portfolio.
- Achieve personal and team revenue targets and work to KPIs.
- Execute Bauer’s commercial strategy and manage advertising inventory and price.
- Build and maintain key internal and external customer relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales environment or similar role.
- Proven experience achieving personal and team revenue targets and working to KPIs.
- Proficiency with technology such as a CRM system.
- Exceptional communication skills, including presenting key insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills that build openness and trust.
