Location: Hybrid role based in Lincoln, UK, combining home working, local office attendance, and travel across the assigned Lincolnshire territory.

What you will do
- Develop new advertising business through lead generation and proactive outreach.
- Grow group revenue across Lincolnshire and the wider Bauer portfolio.
- Take personal revenue responsibility for a portfolio of accounts.
- Achieve personal and team revenue targets while working to KPIs.
- Support the execution of Bauer’s commercial strategy.
- Build customer relationships and manage advertising inventory and pricing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or a similar commercial environment.
- Experience delivering personal and team revenue targets and working with KPIs.
- Proficiency with technology such as CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage openness and trust.
