What you will do

• Lead and manage private banking teams to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Develop and oversee account plans, sales strategies, and tactics while monitoring business metrics.
• Acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and connect clients with hirify.global products and services.
• Manage regulatory, reputational, operational, credit, and human capital risks, serving as an escalation point when needed.
• Build senior internal, external, community, and industry relationships to strengthen market presence.
• Develop team members and managers, identify high-potential employees, manage performance, and build effective teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8 or more years of industry-relevant experience.
• Typically at least 5 years of prior management experience.
• Proven leadership experience with moderate to large scope of responsibility.
• Skills in sales management, client prospecting, account management, negotiation, customer relationships, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Must work in the Atlanta office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
