Team Manager Technology Banking (Fintech)

Location: In Office at 580 California Street, San Francisco, California, US 94104

Starting base salary: $141,830–$263,408 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop sales management and relationship strategies to grow revenue and profitability in the assigned technology banking segment.
• Set team sales goals, monitor performance metrics, and guide relationship development plans for clients and prospects.
• Support Technology Banking Relationship Managers during key client visits, deal closing, cross-selling, and retention efforts.
• Hire, coach, develop, motivate, and manage team members while optimizing staffing and resources.
• Partner with Credit Products and Relationship Managers to monitor loan processes, risk identification, credit quality, and operational compliance.
• Approve credit transactions that meet client needs and comply with bank standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial lending focused on the technology industry.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Demonstrated sales and relationship management ability with broad exposure to the technology market.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit policies, procedures, and risk management techniques.
• Strong strategic, interpersonal, communication, and staff motivation skills.
