Client Lifecycle Management Inter-Capability Process & Design Workstream Lead Business Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work with regular office attendance

Salary: $114,700–$194,900 USD annually, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Lead current-state and target-state process mapping for client onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle activities.
• Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, manual touchpoints, integration risks, and automation opportunities.
• Translate business, process, and regulatory insights into product requirements, features, backlogs, and target-state designs.
• Coordinate business, product, technology, architecture, operations, and transformation stakeholders across CLM workstreams.
• Own scope, prioritization, capacity planning, governance, risk management, issue escalation, and stakeholder forums.
• Define and report metrics for delivery progress, cycle time, automation, quality, error reduction, and value realization.

Requirements

• Experience in business architecture, process mapping, process design, and operating model development.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional business, product, technology, and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy and process insights into actionable delivery outcomes.
• Experience managing complex workstreams in matrixed organizations.
• Financial services experience required; CLM, client onboarding, KYC, or lifecycle management experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
