Cloud Engineer (AWS/Azure/GCP)

What you will do

• Execute scheduled upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities across Vantage Cloud platforms on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Perform pre-checks, maintenance execution, post-validation, and stabilization activities during approved maintenance windows.
• Support high-availability environments while minimizing disruption during planned changes.
• Troubleshoot upgrade issues, execute rollback procedures, and collaborate with SRE, Product Engineering, Change Management, Cloud Service Delivery, and Service Experience teams.
• Follow approved runbooks and change-management processes, and contribute to documentation, runbook updates, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud operations, system administration, or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience executing production changes through maintenance windows, approval workflows, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of ITIL or equivalent change-management frameworks, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, off-hours, and on-call coverage aligned with global customer maintenance windows.

Nice to have

• Relevant AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or database environments.
• ITIL certification or change-management training.
