What you will do

• Identify business and technical challenges and develop enterprise solutions across IT teams and disciplines.
• Lead the architectural design of scalable, modular, and resilient platforms.
• Define integration patterns and APIs connecting platform services with third-party systems.
• Advise on cybersecurity, system architecture, cloud management, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct architecture reviews, assess technical risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Integrate on-premises networks with hybrid cloud infrastructure and lead secure data migration projects.

Requirements

• Top Secret security clearance.
• Current U.S. residency and onsite work at Hill AFB, Utah.
• High school diploma and 12+ years of related IT or program management experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, software, mathematics, physics, or equivalent applicable experience.
• 14 years of progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems, or a commercial equivalent, including 10 years in system design, integration, and analytical work.
• Ability to review, analyze, document, and explain technical systems and data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, especially AWS IaaS.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering, large-scale deployments, technical project management, and cloud migration.
• Working knowledge of network, storage, server, database, SQL, and User Acceptance Testing technologies and practices.
• AWS Cloud, Microsoft, or Oracle certifications.
