Enterprise Architect (Enterprise Data & Analytics)

Salary: $147,700–$190,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Define current-state, transition-state, and target-state architectures across products, business applications, data, integrations, security, and infrastructure.
• Build capability maps, value-stream views, system context diagrams, integration views, and application portfolio views.
• Guide architecture for customer journeys, lead-to-cash, ordering, fulfillment, billing, payments, service, financial reporting, and customer self-service.
• Establish API-first and event-driven integration and data principles covering contracts, observability, resiliency, ownership, quality, and auditability.
• Identify brittle integrations, manual workarounds, redundant platforms, legacy dependencies, and unclear ownership, then create modernization, consolidation, and retirement roadmaps.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, sales, customer operations, data, security, business applications, and platform engineering leaders while mentoring architects and technical leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise, business, solution, platform, or applications architecture.
• Experience defining target architectures and transition roadmaps for enterprise transformation across complex application ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, billing and payments, customer portals, product and entitlement platforms, data and analytics, identity, integrations, SaaS, cloud, and custom applications.
• Strong command of APIs, events, data contracts, master data, systems of record, observability, resiliency, security, and operational support models.
• Executive communication, facilitation, application portfolio rationalization, modernization, and architecture governance experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, BillingPlatform, payment platforms, integration middleware, Apigee, AWS, Snowflake, customer identity, customer portals, or Quickbase.
• Experience with lead-to-cash or order-to-cash transformation, product catalog and pricing architecture, entitlement and consumption models, and financial integration.
• Experience establishing architecture practices, governance models, capability maps, application portfolios, standards libraries, or architecture review processes.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, business architecture, domain-driven design, cloud architecture, data architecture, and architecture modeling techniques.
