Business Analytics Specialist - Risk Operations & Quant Strategy

hirify.global is a financial services company with an Enterprise Risk Management organization focused on risk operations and quantitative strategy.

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage data, system, and configuration change requests with business stakeholders.
• Maintain enterprise data assets through data creation, modification, deactivation, validation, and bulk processing.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk evaluations for proposed changes and support implementation.
• Support platform operations through testing, validation, reporting, issue resolution, and change management.
• Analyze data, build and maintain models and report templates, and develop dynamic data-driven solutions.
• Support predictive analytics, new tools, and data mart implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Strong analytical thinking, business analytics, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, data integration, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work in the Pittsburgh office; this is an in-office position.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with market research, qualitative research, strategic planning, or concept development.
