CX Technical Project Manager

Location: Westminster, Colorado, or Atlanta, Georgia; in office 4 days per week. Travel requirement: 0–10%.

Salary: $91,100–$125,200 per year. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of technical integration initiatives and operational customer experience campaigns.
• Facilitate agile cadences, PI planning, dependency mapping, and project board management in Jira and Asana.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable scopes for engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize request pipelines, intake forms, and operational handoffs to improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Apply structured agile frameworks to technical deliverables and lean planning to operational projects.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience across technical delivery, business, operational, or customer experience initiatives.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Asana, PI planning, and agile frameworks.
• Ability to communicate technical data flows to engineers and content or user journeys to business partners.
• Pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to selecting formal agile ceremonies or streamlined check-ins.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business requests into clear, actionable project plans.
• Ability to work in the Westminster, Colorado, or Atlanta, Georgia office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in customer experience, operations, or marketing technology enablement.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments or hirify.global ecosystems.
