Senior Director, Product Management - Intelligence and Ecosystem (AI)

Location: Based in Seattle, Washington, United States, with occasional travel to the headquarters in American Fork, Utah, or client sites. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual salary: $240,000–$319,200 USD, plus a performance-based bonus and employee equity.

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for the Intelligence and Ecosystem pillars.
• Lead the evolution of Prevent capabilities, including Edge and Cloud AI analytics, talkdown features, and deterrent efficacy tools.
• Manage integrations with Video Management Systems such as Genetec and Milestone and alert management platforms such as Fusus and Immix.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver technically sound, market-ready, and commercially viable releases.
• Establish KPIs covering uptime, alert accuracy, deterrent efficacy, platform utilization, and product ROI.
• Champion intuitive user experiences across the mobile app, Command Center, and field service tools.

Requirements

• 10–13 years of progressive product management leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, IoT, or physical security.
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows, including Edge versus Cloud architectures, VMS, and API-driven ecosystem integrations.
• Experience translating organizational goals into prioritized roadmaps for high-performing engineering teams.
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks such as SOC2, FedRAMP, or similar standards.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, business-case, utilization, ROI, and forensic-efficacy skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment includes drug screening and a background check.
