Location: Based in San Francisco, CA (up to 30% travel expected)

Salary: $273,600 - $342,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term product portfolio strategy using data and market insights.
• Identify new growth opportunities and develop business cases for product investments and research.
• Partner with Researchers and ML Engineers to communicate the value of Scale offerings and influence business outcomes.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and customer research.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives in collaboration with GTM and Operations teams.
• Act as a hands-on leader and coach to mentor and develop a team of Product Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of Enterprise Product Management, Business Operations, or Strategy experience in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years of direct people management with a demonstrated history of developing high-performing PMs.
• Deep domain knowledge in Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, Computer Vision, and/or Machine Learning.
• Proven ability to scale products from 0 to $100M+ in ARR.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build consultative relationships with VP-level executives and researchers.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in a relevant technical field.
• First-author publications at top-tier AI/ML conferences such as NeurIPS, CVPR, ICRA, or CoRL.
