Technical Project/Program Management III - (E3) (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Travel required up to 20% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead matrixed teams across manufacturing engineering, materials project management, supplier engineering, procurement, product management, and manufacturing program management.
• Drive manufacturing operations deliverables for new product introduction and product commercialization programs.
• Coordinate pilot manufacturing, early learning builds, production maturity analysis, and volume manufacturability improvements.
• Resolve operational issues across business units, pilot operations, and volume production.
• Plan scope, activities, schedules, resources, costs, budgets, documentation, risks, and cross-project dependencies.
• Prepare program status and strategic presentations for senior management and track actions through closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical engineering, together with an MBA.
• 6–8 years of experience in project management, program management, and data analysis.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, manufacturing operations, product life cycle management, and engineering change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel for planning, scheduling, presentations, data analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation for financial planning and tracking.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP, MS SQL Server, or Minitab.
• Experience developing Excel macros.
• PMP or Scrum certification.
