Location: Onsite at an HPE office in the United States, with an expectation of working onsite at least 2 days per week at one of the listed locations. HPE may consider locations elsewhere in the United States.
Salary: USD 111,000–211,000 annually in Colorado; USD 120,000–228,000 annually in Massachusetts; USD 120,000–243,000 annually in California; USD 105,500–243,000 annually in Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do
- Lead complex, multi-functional engineering programs and product implementation initiatives across the product lifecycle.
- Build and manage integrated schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and program deliverables.
- Coordinate execution across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, internal development partners, and external partners.
- Track execution metrics, identify risks and dependencies, and create recovery plans for at-risk milestones.
- Present program status, risks, escalations, mitigation strategies, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements and mentor less-experienced team members.
Requirements
- 6+ years of program, project, engineering program, or technical program management experience.
- 5+ years working in Agile engineering environments and owning product release execution across the product lifecycle.
- 4+ years of experience with formal governance, integrated schedules, recovery planning, senior stakeholder management, and measurable process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Smartsheet for execution tracking, integrated schedules, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with mastery of English and the local language; onsite work in the United States is expected.
