Loan Coordinator - St. Louis Area (Mortgage)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States

Salary: $50,000–$80,000 in the first year through base salary and commission; top earners can exceed six figures through performance incentives.

What you will do

• Guide loan files from the contract stage through closing.
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, teammates, and third parties to keep loans moving.
• Request, review, organize, and validate documents for approval and underwriting.
• Analyze credit, income, and assets while following company and industry guidelines.
• Attend training on company guidelines and loan programs and continuously develop lending knowledge.
• Support team operations and contribute to a collaborative work environment, excluding licensed tasks.

• No specific degree or prior experience is required; transferable experience from sales, business development, customer service, or hospitality is considered.
