Specialist, Sales and Service Banker

Annual base pay: $34,500–$53,000 USD

What you will do

• Advise customers on banking, lending, and investment products based on their financial needs and goals.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through account support, portfolio management, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve customer concerns, and educate customers on digital banking and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and partners to achieve sales targets and branch performance goals.
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies for risk management, fraud defense, audits, and operational accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 12 months of product or service sales experience, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months of cash-handling experience.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, communication, consultative selling, and cross-selling skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship. Ability to work branch hours, including possible weekends and evenings, is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent professional background.
