Contract, Bid & Proposals Specialist (Power BI)

Location: Hybrid (remote/office) in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Israel, the Netherlands, France, or Norway.

What you will do

• Develop pre-sales contract strategies with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Prepare proposals, bid documents, and tender responses with accurate and compliant content.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external customers.
• Maintain bid, proposal, and contract records in the CRM system.
• Analyze business metrics and support data-based decision-making for the sales team.
• Improve processes and efficiency within sales operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in contract management, bid preparation, or a similar sales operations role, ideally at P2 level.
• Approximately two years of experience in similar positions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience or interest in data analysis using Power BI and Salesforce.
• Fluent English required, with cultural awareness and the ability to work in an international environment.
