What you will do

• Sell merchant services to businesses and manage a portfolio of clients with annual net revenue of typically $200,000 or more.
• Identify prospects and revenue opportunities through outbound calls, marketing programs, and territory activities.
• Qualify leads, conduct needs analysis, deliver online presentations, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Close new and additional product or service sales and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain client records, call notes, scheduled interactions, and reports in Salesforce CRM.
• Stay current on the payment services portfolio and developments in the payments industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Related professional experience.
• B2B sales and cold-calling experience.
• Demonstrated successful performance in a previous sales role.
• Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
