Sr. IT Project Manager

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday, with location flexibility on Fridays. Travel of 10–15% is required.

Annual base salary: $123,721.66–$173,004.99. Incentive eligible; no sales commission.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee highly complex IT system projects and concurrent initiatives.
• Plan and control project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, procurement, compliance, and overall performance.
• Anticipate delivery challenges, identify solutions, manage risks, and keep projects on track.
• Coordinate business program managers, solution delivery teams, stakeholders, third-party implementers, and IT support teams.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure appropriate functional and technical solution designs.
• Present project status to executive and senior business unit leadership and escalate change-management issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• At least 10 years of IT leadership, project management, and business analysis experience with demonstrated progression.
• Experience managing both the financial and execution sides of projects.
• Proven success delivering large and complex projects.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing without formal authority.
• Strong analytical capability, business acumen, results-driven approach, and awareness of industry technology trends.

Nice to have

• Agile Scrum Master experience and certification.
