Logistics Operations III - Transportation Coordinator (SAP WM)

What you will do

• Coordinate outbound shipments for customer-facing systems, revenue NSOs, ship kits, LKPs, parcels, returns, and other freight movements.
• Maintain shipment readiness data, revenue order trackers, shipping calendars, Q2C records, and documentation including delivery notes, packing lists, AWBs/BOLs, and proof of delivery.
• Develop packing lists and coordinate with TransPak on crating accuracy, timing, and pickup readiness.
• Support SAP WM shipment execution and resolve delivery-note, shipment-number, labeling, billing-block, inventory-status, and reversal issues.
• Arrange freight-forwarder engagement while balancing customer commitments, carrier availability, cost, transit time, and escalation risk.
• Lead or support logistics-function implementation, transportation-system testing, process mapping, data validation, and operational handoff improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in logistics operations, SAP WM, shipment documentation, freight coordination, packing/crating workflows, and manufacturing support.
• Working knowledge of SAP delivery notes, shipment numbers, delivery flow, packing and PGI dependencies, invoices, and freight-forwarder documentation.
• Experience with transportation or logistics platforms, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and operational data trackers.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize competing shipments and projects, and clarify ambiguous ownership or process inputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Ability to work in Kalispell, Montana, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working in noisy or confined environments.
