Associate Manager, Strategy and Operations - Fraud

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Define and implement fraud-prevention strategy in new areas and deliver direct business impact.
• Analyze fraud vectors across the platform to identify bad actors and improve the experience of legitimate users.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to establish goals and build strategic programs.
• Use experimentation and data-driven decision-making to reduce fraud while accelerating growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, investment banking, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience leading large projects, achieving goals, and working effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must work remotely from the United States.
