Senior Analyst, Revenue Management (Automotive)

What you will do

• Analyze pricing, customer behavior, and marketplace dynamics to identify opportunities that increase revenue and profitability.
• Evaluate transaction profitability, pricing realization, discounting, ancillary products, and contribution margins to improve unit economics.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop cross-sell strategies for ancillary services such as transport, guarantees, and financing, while improving dealer retention and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, identify revenue leakage, and assess financial risks and growth opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, deliver actionable insights, and design A/B tests, pilots, and cohort analyses for new revenue strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategy, Business Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or a related analytical function.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, pricing analysis, experimentation, or statistical analysis.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations and present findings to senior leaders.
• High ownership, intellectual curiosity, strong communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
