EO Electronics Repair Technician (PCB)

Salary: $51,000–$65,000 annual base salary

EO Technical Solutions is an hirify.global organization focused on repairing and refurbishing PAS and XT platform parts, as well as providing customer training and field support.

What you will do

• Repair and rework printed circuit boards and integrated electronic sub-assemblies.
• Perform soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components according to quality and reliability standards.
• Diagnose component- and board-level faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other test equipment.
• Operate an automated ground flying-probe tester and provide diagnostic feedback.
• Interpret schematics, bills of materials, work instructions, and repair documentation.
• Document repair actions, findings, and test results while supporting continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing electronic assemblies and PCBs.
• At least two years of experience following written work instructions, schematics, and repair procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to solder, troubleshoot, and rework through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, follow assignments through, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, or testing environments.
