Manager – Workday Engagement Manager (Program & Delivery)

Location: United States; primarily remote. Occasional travel to client sites and Alpha offices may be required based on project needs and implementation milestones.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for a variable bonus.

What you will do

• Own engagement governance and project management across Workday implementations.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, RAID logs, decision logs, status reporting, and governance routines.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control.
• Coordinate functional, technical, data, testing, change, and client workstreams through testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage relationships with client project managers, sponsors, workstream leads, and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committees, executive communications, quality assurance checkpoints, and continuous improvement of delivery methods.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing enterprise software deployments, preferably Workday Financials, HCM, or similarly complex cloud transformation programs.
• Strong PMO, project planning, scope control, budget management, risk management, and cross-team coordination skills.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and communicating with senior project and business leaders.
• Experience coordinating multiple functional and technical workstreams through testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Workday Engagement Manager certification is strongly preferred or required where applicable to assigned engagements.

Nice to have

• Large Enterprise Engagement Manager certification.
• PMP or another recognized project management credential.
