Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to customers, partners, and field locations.
• Arrange transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Prepare shipping documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, export paperwork, and import documentation.
• Track shipments, meet delivery schedules, and resolve transit issues or expedite urgent orders.
• Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, reconcile stock, and investigate discrepancies in ERP and asset management systems.
• Coordinate packaging, labelling, dispatch, returns, repairs, reverse logistics, and logistics performance reporting.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, relevant professional certification, or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or operations management.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, warehouse operations, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or asset tracking systems.
• Knowledge of shipping, freight, transportation, import/export documentation, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Nice to have

• APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent supply chain certification.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, or engineering environments.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.
