Senior Sales Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Analyse and standardise sales processes across the customer journey and develop scalable ways of working.
• Further develop the CRM and sales tool landscape, particularly HubSpot, while maintaining data quality and consistent usage.
• Identify automation opportunities, implement AI-supported solutions and introduce new technologies to Sales.
• Establish KPI frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards and quality reviews.
• Analyse conversion rates, sales cycles, deal sizes and segment performance, turning findings into concrete improvements.
• Support Sales Leadership and team leads with decision-making insights and coordinate with Marketing and Operations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or process management.
• Hands-on CRM expertise, ideally with HubSpot or Dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with KPIs, reporting and forecasting.
• Experience designing structured processes and scalable operating models.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly, collaborate with stakeholders and take ownership through implementation.
• Excellent German at C2 level and English at least at B2 level.
