What you will do

  • Lead sales and outbound demand generation activities on the German market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2 dedicated SDRs to accelerate outbound demand generation.
  • Qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Create and implement a strategic territory plan to accelerate new business acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to implement new strategies for increasing brand awareness.
  • Lead efforts in complex proposals and RFP/I/Q responses.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 in selling software services to German clients.
  • Experience in selling software solutions or services in Banking, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Telecom, Logistics, Aviation or iGaming.
  • Proven track record of reaching quota and closing complex deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in working with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

  • Extensive experience in selling software services on the German market.
  • Previous sales management experience.
  • Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, eCommerce, Energy & Utilities, and ICT.
