What you will do

• Drive sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets.
• Identify and quantify sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous data analysis.
• Own end-to-end sales forecasting and reporting for targets, dealers, and tools.
• Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders and push for corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, BI, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a fast-paced international scale-up.
• Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets for manipulating and analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in other European languages.
