TL;DR
Provider Relations Liaison (Dental Networks): Recruiting, training, and servicing dental providers while managing network contracts, reimbursement, and provider relationships across an assigned territory with an accent on contract negotiation, network retention, and quality compliance. Focus on conducting on-site practice audits, resolving contractual and payment issues, analyzing network performance, and improving provider and member service processes.

Location: Remote, working from home in California; must be a US citizen

United Concordia Dental, an affiliate of hirify.global, manages dental provider networks and related insurance services.

What you will do

  • Recruit prospective dental providers and manage provider agreements, renewals, updates, and confidentiality documentation.
  • Build provider relationships through face-to-face meetings, present participation and reimbursement information, and develop network retention strategies.
  • Educate and train dental office staff on claims, electronic data interchange, electronic funds transfer, automated services, and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, dental directors, and advisers to resolve contract, claims, provider file, clinical, and terminology-related inquiries.
  • Analyze network performance, reimbursement models, market changes, and leasing risks to support network and sales strategy.
  • Conduct office reviews and audits, analyze site-visit data, and support continuous quality improvement and URAC accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • US citizenship is required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or insurance, or professional experience presenting concepts and influencing varied audiences.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a dental office manager or dental hygienist.
  • Strong written and oral communication, time management, organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes and general dental terminology.
