What you will do

• Own the full post-sale customer relationship for key biopharma accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Establish a regular cadence of check-ins to surface insights and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a consolidated backlog of customer feedback and translate patterns into product roadmap features.
• Prepare and deliver polished, data-driven insight packages for customer stakeholders.
• Partner with BD and engineering teams to scope and prioritize customer-informed improvements.
• Build lightweight AI-assisted tools to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions, or product management in a B2B environment.
• Strong data fluency with proficiency in SQL or Python to pull and package insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships at large organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing deliverables.
• AI native with experience using AI tools to build lightweight solutions.
• Experience translating customer feedback into technical product requirements.
