Product Lead, Predictive Platform (AI)

Location: United States, Remote

Base salary: $188,997.50–$255,863.00 per year, plus potential bonus or commission and stock options.

What you will do

• Lead and scale a specialized pod of Product Managers focused on modeling and intelligence initiatives.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for the core predictive platform and its consumption by downstream applications.
• Define standards for model training, feedback loops, lifecycle management, and accuracy measurement.
• Drive a “build once, use everywhere” platform strategy to maximize model leverage across applications.
• Partner with the Head of Intelligence Product on roadmap alignment, model risks, and portfolio tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Product Management experience focused on AI, ML, or Data Science products.
• 3–5+ years of formal people management experience.
• Experience building and leading product teams and coaching Product Managers through complex roadmaps.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning lifecycles, and collaboration with data science teams.
• Track record of shipping complex ML-driven products at scale.
• Strong understanding of B2B data models and predictive scoring for go-to-market outcomes.
