Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote in Florida, United States

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation, bonus, merit increases, and/or stock depending on the role and plan.

What you will do

• Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling.
• Qualify inbound prospects according to agreed criteria and route suitable opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting for named accounts.
• Host hand-off calls and video meetings with prospects, Account Executives, and Solution Consultants.
• Meet or exceed monthly Sales Accepted Lead and Sales Qualified Lead goals.
• Meet weekly prospecting activity KPIs while maintaining knowledge of offerings, competitors, and customer pain points.

Requirements

• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• 1–2 years of sales or account development experience preferred; commission sales experience in any industry may be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English communication skills across speaking, writing, and listening.
• Strong phone presence, resilience when handling rejection, and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

• SaaS industry experience.
• Experience articulating a company’s value in relation to prospect pain points.
