Remote Processing Specialist (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote within the United States; the posting lists Tennessee.

Salary: $16 per hour plus a $65 monthly internet stipend.

What you will do

• Enter and validate energy rebate requests.
• Process rebates accurately to support Integrated Customer Services program deliverables.
• Meet defined production and quality KPIs.
• Follow standard operating procedures and minimize critical errors.
• Contribute to process improvements in a team-based environment.
• Develop skills for new programs and tasks to meet utilization goals.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, resourcefulness, and inquisitive skills.
• Ability to maintain at least 90% production standards and 99% accuracy.
• Flexibility to work split shifts, evenings, or Saturdays during periods of increased volume.
• Microsoft Office experience is helpful.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
• A dedicated, disruption-free home office, hardwired internet, and minimum internet speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 20 Mbps download are required.
