Analytics & Finance Manager, International

Location: Fully remote; candidates based in or around Europe are preferred. Work is asynchronous by default across multiple countries and time zones, with in-person offsites twice a year.

What you will do

• Own analytics for the international business and partner with senior international leaders on performance and growth decisions.
• Build and maintain analytics infrastructure, large datasets, and long-term BI dashboards.
• Use structured problem-solving frameworks to develop hypotheses, analyses, implementation plans, and monitoring approaches.
• Develop financial models to forecast strategies, opportunities, risks, and performance against expectations.
• Translate complex analyses into concise, executive-ready presentations.
• Solve ambiguous cross-functional problems end to end with minimal guidance.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a quantitative or computational field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics within corporate, consulting, or investment banking environments.
• High proficiency with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, including executive presentations.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience presenting international metrics in the context of a US company expanding globally.
• Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, ownership, judgment, and follow-through skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker dashboards.
• Knowledge of R or Python.
