SCUK Vehicle Reallocation & Logistics Coordinator (Automotive)

Location: Wharley End Cranfield, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom; 5 days per week in the office

Salary: £25,000–£29,000 per annum

What you will do

• Coordinate vehicle reallocation after inspections and ensure vehicles progress to the appropriate next stage.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle movements, collections, and deliveries in line with operational requirements and service-level agreements.
• Support vehicle intake, release, and dispatch by maintaining accurate documentation and system records.
• Coordinate repair bookings, monitor completion dates, track progress, and escalate delays.
• Monitor vehicle status, inspection outcomes, repair requirements, and logistics schedules.
• Apply Consumer Duty principles by keeping customer needs and consumer protection standards central to operations.

Requirements

• Experience in vehicle logistics coordination and vehicle reallocation management.
• Experience with vehicle inspection processes and repair and maintenance coordination.
• Experience with fleet, transport, and vehicle management systems.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work onsite from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
