EU/UK Logistics Manager

Location: Hybrid role based at the London office, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. The role covers EU and UK logistics operations.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the EU/UK logistics team and manage ocean, air, and road freight from origin through final delivery.
• Select carriers, negotiate rates, manage contracts, and optimize freight routing, consolidation, modes, and lead times.
• Manage freight forwarders, parcel carriers, 3PLs, overseas suppliers, bookings, tracking, budgets, forecasts, audits, and invoice approvals.
• Ensure customs-compliant import and export documentation across bonded and non-bonded facilities, and establish controls and standard operating procedures.
• Define KPIs, lead business reviews, implement corrective actions, and identify freight cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain NetSuite logistics data, prepare reports, monitor shipment and purchase-order status, and collaborate with Production, Planning, Sourcing, Accounting, IT, and Distribution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in EU/UK logistics, freight, or supply chain roles, preferably in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Experience managing freight forwarders, parcel carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong knowledge of EU and UK customs regulations, import/export documentation, and trade compliance.
• Experience with bonded and non-bonded facilities, ASN flows, inbound reconciliation, and logistics reporting.
• Proficiency with logistics systems and ERP platforms; NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, international relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with retail launch calendars and seasonal inventory planning.
• NetSuite experience.
