Product Manager, Corporate Technology (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Support, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and IT to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and data-driven analysis to define product strategies and prioritized initiatives.
• Own the Corporate Technology roadmap, product objectives, success metrics, prioritization decisions, and product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to define requirements, plan releases, and deliver stable, supportable enterprise solutions.
• Communicate roadmap decisions and business outcomes to senior leadership while aligning stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Manage and mentor a small number of product management employees and contractors and help mature product practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business systems, enterprise applications, or a related field.
• Experience managing internal business applications, enterprise platforms, product roadmaps, and competing priorities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and collaborate with software development, engineering, and support teams.
• Experience implementing enterprise technology solutions in regulated environments, including SOX, governance, security, and internal control requirements.
• Strong understanding of corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Customer Support, Operations, or IT.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including experience using AI and automation to improve productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, HRIS, ITSM, workflow automation, middleware, integration, or enterprise reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies.
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
