Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Set product strategy for workplace management and employee engagement capabilities.
• Own a multi-year roadmap covering workplace insights, real estate optimization, engagement, and customer outcomes.
• Lead continuous discovery with Design and Research, including customer research, assumption testing, and concept validation.
• Use customer feedback, analytics, competitive signals, and AI-assisted research to prioritize product opportunities.
• Orchestrate AI agents and copilots for research synthesis, requirements, scenario analysis, prototyping, and product communication.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ship, launch, measure, and improve products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience shaping product strategy, managing complex roadmaps, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Strong product discovery, research, prioritization, judgment, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• High AI fluency, including the use of AI agents and copilots in day-to-day product work.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping, rapid application development, or vibe-coding tools.
• Clear communication across technical, design, research, and go-to-market functions, plus a strong ownership mindset.
