Product Manager, Business Technology (AI)

Location: Remote-friendly with required travel; San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City. Staff are expected to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Annual salary: $305,000–$385,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for Claude-powered internal products and automation across functions such as Legal, IT, GTM, Product, Finance, and Security.
• Run intake and prioritization, define clear problem statements and requirements, and ship products iteratively.
• Develop adoption roadmaps, define success metrics, measure business impact, and improve or discontinue products based on results.
• Plan rollout, training, support, and change management so internal products are adopted effectively.
• Partner with engineering, IT, IT Engineering, Security, Legal, and Finance on requirements, access, data handling, governance, and technical decisions.
• Evaluate Claude capabilities, integrations, and architecture choices to keep internal products maintainable and secure.

Requirements

• Deep product management experience, including ownership of products used by internal teams.
• Experience shipping products that measurably changed how a team or function works.
• Experience partnering with engineering, IT, and security teams on technical products.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining tradeoffs to executives and requirements to engineers.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and prioritizing competing requests.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLMs or agent tooling.
• Background in IT, internal tools, or business systems products.
• Experience leading change management or organization-wide tool rollouts.
• Knowledge of security and data-handling practices for internal systems.
