Senior Product Manager (AI/autonomous systems): Building mission-planning software that turns mission intent into executable plans for autonomous systems across air, sea, land, and space with an accent on operator workflows, command and control, and multi-domain orchestration. Location: Austin, TX; hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site preferred. Travel of 15% or less. U.S. citizenship is required, and the role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

What you will do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and outcomes for mission-planning software.
- Work directly with warfighters, mission planners, Government stakeholders, and operators to understand workflows and identify unmet needs.
- Define workflows for mission creation, course-of-action development, tasking, coordination, visualization, validation, execution, monitoring, and dynamic re-planning.
- Translate operational requirements, technical constraints, and customer feedback into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and engineering priorities.
- Turn program-specific requirements into scalable capabilities, configurations, workflows, and interfaces across customers and missions.
- Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, development, integration, field deployment, validation, and iteration; participate in exercises, demonstrations, testing, and customer deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of product management or technical product management experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated Product Manager role.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance are required due to ITAR regulations.
- Experience delivering and scaling field-deployed, mission-critical, or operationally complex software products with end-to-end ownership.
- Direct knowledge of military mission-planning and execution workflows, including familiarity with JMPS, FalconView, PFPS, Ground Control Station software, or comparable DoD tools.
- Strong technical fluency and systems-level understanding of command and control, autonomous behaviors, platform tasking, integrations, interfaces, sensors, communications, and mission execution.
Nice to have
- MBA or technical graduate degree.
- Active DoD security clearance or prior military experience in aviation, UAS, C2, or a related operational field.
- Experience with autonomy, robotics, unmanned systems, AI/ML, multi-domain operations, Ground Control Stations, or hardware-platform integrations.
- Experience supporting Government test events, demonstrations, exercises, operational evaluations, or field deployments.
- Experience owning a 0-to-1 product or major new product capability.
